Our Refund Policy


VinAccess International is committed to 110% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it.
 
Our merchants take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. However, accidents do occur. If you believe your shipment is damaged. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 7 days of the delivery date!
 
If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please call the VinAccess International order department (415 935 3561) or send us an e-mail right away. VinAccess International will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.
 
Please note that taste alone cannot be the sole basis for a return. Our wine is carefully selected by our buyers in order to offer a range of high value with high quality.
 
We will not be responsible for any incorrect orders placed by the customer. Any incorrect orders that are processed and shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges back to us if you want to return the item(s). The prices for wine can fluctuate greatly from day to day, because of this we do not accept returns for wines based on price changes within the marketplace.  All requests for returns or cancellations must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

All wines are shipped Ground unless specified by the customer. During certain times of the year, during temperature extremes we suggest that you chose to expedite your shipping to prevent the wine from being exposed to extreme hot or cold weather. Neither the winery nor WineVIP will be responsible for damage due to weather extremes.
 
Cancellations and Address Changes:
All sales are final. We will do our best to accommodate shipping-address changes within 24  hours of your order being placed. There may be additional costs associated with shipping-address changes requested after this time period. Legal restrictions may apply for refunds on wines shipped to certain states. Please contact us if you have any questions.
