Aged for 12 months in oak barrels this blend of Tempranillo, Monastrell, and Garnacha is smooth and full of flavor. A mature wine, drinkable without decanting, perfect for roasted meats, pasta, and chicken. We love this wine for it's balance and delicious fresh fruit flavor. At this price, it's the best value in the store.

Aalto PS (Pagos Seleccionada) is made only in the best vintages. It is sourced from Aalto's best sites (Pagos) located near the villages of La Horra, La Aguilera and Fresnillo. These vineyards are between 80–100 years old. This wine is aged entirely in new French oak for 20 months. As dense as the regular cuvée, the PS is more intense with tremendous structure and length that rewards patience resting either in your cellar or a decanter.

90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo. Beronia Gran Reserva 2008 shows a powerful and deep maroon colour. On the nose intense and complex with dried fruits such as dates standing out over a base of chocolate and sweet spice from the French oak. On the palate silky and meaty with pleasant tannins giving structure and complexity. This wine shows great personality with body, elegance and intense flavours.

Robert Parker calls this a "killer value" and we totally agree. "Breca" is 100% Garnacha, coming from vineyards that are located in the highest hills between the mountains of Sierra de Pardos and Sierra de Solorios, near Munébrega, 950-1000 meters above sea level. The average age of these vineyards is 80-120 years. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 10 to 12 days of maceration at a temperature of 26-28°C, followed by 21 months aging in French oak barrels.
Deep cherry colored, this wine will shock you with the incredible aroma of fruit and oak. From the aroma alone you'd think this was 3 times the price. On the palate meaty, roasted, very complex ... very long finish.

Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC Optimal consumption period: now to -2020 The wine does not need to be decanted. Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Roasts, Stews.

We've been waiting for this a LONG TIME. Carlos made this Gran Reserva of 100% Tempranillo which spends 30 months in American Oak (80%) and French Oak (20%) then another 42 months in the bottle. But, definitely worth the wait! Cherry red color. Classical nose with red fruit and sweet spices. Cherries, raspberries, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg with clear flavors, polished tannins, good acidity and slightly drying finish.
